Pre-construction meeting coming soon!

We got an email from our sales rep today that said our address is now 56 Bayview Loop instead of just lot 31! Yay! He also said that we should be expecting to hear from our PM to set up our pre-construction meeting soon! Good news, we can't wait!
I wanted to swing by today to see if any more dirt was off our lot, but it has been raining like crazy all day, so I figured they were not working. I want this rain to stop! Can't wait till this begins! =)

  1. Welcome to the blog family. I don't know how we didn't have you on our blog list, but you are now :-)

This is the slowest part in my opinion. From loan approval to framing, I thought things were moving super slow. A co-worker of mine just built Florence in a different community and they love it. Congrats.

  2. Hi,

My wife and I found your blog recently. We love the updates, and especially love the pictures. Congrats on taking the plunge into home building. My wife and I are probably 30 days ahead of you guys, building a Venice in Baltimore. Your blog has been great to read; keep it up. We started our own blog recently, too. If you want, you can check it out at http://buildingwithryanhomesinbaltimore.blogspot.com/

    Thanks. Tom Beem

I'm glad your friends like the florence, that puts a smile on my face! I hope we will like it just as much as they do! =)

  7. Congrats on your new home!!! Yes, the initial part from signing the contract through footer/foundation would be slow - then things move at speed.
