Start Date Changed

Brian went to drop off a paper today and was told our start date is pushed back. Instead of starting on March 16th, they will now start March 23rd. Just a week later! We are ready for them to start! We still drive by every few days. There is still a big dirt pile on our lot. Maybe in the next couple weeks it will be gone! Keep you posted!

We have appliances!

Yay! We went out and bought our washer/dryer and refrigerator! We found whirlpool front loaders for a great price! We really wanted to go with front loaders because of how much water we will save! We also got a refrigerator! HHGregg delivered them today. We have them in my mom and dads garage waiting! We wrapped them up all nice and cozy for the couple month wait! What a relief it is to get them and have them paid for!

Flooring Choices with CTI

We had our meeting with CTI today. Terry was awesome! She helped Brian and I picked exactly what we want. She didn't pressure us at all but she did offer much needed suggestions! We are thankful we had her!

So here are the decisions we made...
We are doing vinyl in the kitchen, morning room, dinette, laundry room, and powder room. We chose initiator 66182 (I know that doesn't mean much, but I did take pictures!)
For carpet we chose a little bit of a darker color- it is called red bud-winter's milk. We also chose to upgrade the padding. We had a lot of suggestions to do that!

Our countertops are carrara envision. We also chose a backsplash- Brixton Bone on square.

Brian and I had lots of fun picking these things out...of course, we stopped for Panera Bread on the way home! :)
